★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The word place ever they took 250 rupees for eyebrows forehead and upper lip the girl was so rude who was doing my brows as it was her time to go back and we bumped in to her. She started making faces and brutally did my upper lip even after telling her it's hard she didn't listen. The owner pay zero attention to feedback. I feel like I threw my money in a dustbin I'm totally disgust with this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a blow dry since tony & guy was all booked and no other parlour was free to take an appointment. It was such a bad experience. The blow dry was the worst! I wish I didn’t waste my time, money and energy going there to get my hair done. It was actually worse than what I entered with. I told the person politely too that the blow dry was extremely bad, he didn’t do it properly. And I complained at the reception too, told her it was the worst 900 rs I ever spent on such a bad hairdo, it wasn’t even straightened properly. The receptionist just looked at me and didn’t even bother to apologise for such a bad service. Can’t believe this! I’m so mad at them.

Also beware, they will try to charge you extra rounding off the amount by as much as ₹15, even when you pay by card. Makes no sense, so always check your receipt before paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub par service and unpleasant staff. Manager Pooja Dagar is ill-mannered and will completely spoil your mood with her behaviour. I've been taking services at looks for 6-7 years and this was my worst experience in a looks salon outlet. Complete waste of time and money, don't recommend at all. Go to nearby VLCC in sec 16 mkt instead, amazing service and staff support.
