β β β β β Bab bad bad experience ever at a salon. The hair style staff is pathetic and rude. They make u feel u have come for free service. I paid4k for party make up n hair. But they only did the make up and for hair they just did blow dry. I kept saying I am getting late for my baby's birthday as it was supposed to start at 7 but I was still in the salon and checked out after 8pm. I will not recommend this salon to any one. They charge more, than the services they provide. They only did blow dry for my hair n still took the complete package amount. A total thumbs down ? experience. I spent around 9500 for facial, haircut makeup and hair style. Guys think twice before you go for any service this salon offers coz it's not worth the price they charge.βΉοΈ??

I Availed global hair colour, highlights and keratin treatment, assisted by Sanket.
Shloka, the manager was precise in explaining the treatment and offers. Analysing the condition of my hair, (along with discussion with the stylist) she suggested the best for me
He was very polite in handling my tantrums, gave 4 patch tests so that I could choose the best shade of highlights.
The helping staff is too considerate and offers you snacks water and beverages from time to time since the treatment is lengthy

β β β β β Went for a haircut and hair spa and really happy with the professionalism and humbleness of Mr. Sami. He is very good at his work and knows the job very well. The staff is also very polite and humble. Keep up the good work and I am already a member of Lookwell, would be looking forward for my next visit.

β β β β β Got a haircut and had the worst experience.
I just wanted a basic trim and they cut short my hair by 3 inches. Also won't suggest hair colour. They'll try to sell you all of their services. They even showed me photos from another salon and claimed to be from their salon. The hair colour photos from their salon were very bad.

β β β β β I am a regular customer services were very good when started new. Today I went saw all staff are rotated, AC not working, Card machine not working. Do the management look at this, what is going on. The standard is far below and going down and down. Services are lousy. I will not recommend any more to others. Very pathetic experience I had today.
Staff who cut my hair looks immature in his profession. Needs further training. Communication upgrade is needed. Please shape up. Thank you

β β β β β From very long time i was thinking to go for Hair spa but wasn't getting which salon should i go and which treatment should i do, after browsing and after getting to know little bit bout hair spa, I went to Lookwell Salon for my Hair spa. In Lookwell, the stylists properly explained which treatment should i do and the effects of that treatment on hair. They have four kinds of treatment, some pure organic, some 96% organic and some less organic. Every treatment will give different texture to your hair, Normally i wanted hair which should feel soft and some lusture to it, so i went to Naturica in which they give moisturizing hair spa, which after effects are very good. Hair still feels soft and amazing.Some Self love is necessary for us too. Next time if you are looking for spa or hair cut, try out LOOkWELL SALON'S.
