Just like Puri mandir it is beautifully built, It would be one of most popular temple in Odisha if it was present in place like bhubaneswar or cuttack. ( I am not saying that place is not perfect, l mean to say that it is very beautifully built)
It is located in Talcher , Jagannath area, in the CWS colony of MCL Talcher.
All occasion & festival are celebrated here. All special occasion are celebrating by bhajan sandhya program just after pooj and Aarati.
Yes you can arrange here, marriage and engagement like ceremony.
Surrounding is very CLEAN and full of green (different flowers like rajani gandha, gendu lotus , Tulsi and different tree ) also a pond is here surrounded by park.

Interior decoration is also very good.
