Nice Society. Residents share a warm bond within themselves. All functions especially Holi and Diwali are celebrated like a grand family function. All apartments get decent sunlight. Specially a few get thru the day sunlight. Balconies are the best part of the apartment. 3 side open apartments with running balconies.

Pathetic apartment/Fraud Management/Disputed property. Administrator keeps on sittin due to internal disputes all because of 2 ppl residin inside. This apartment was only good to stay till the time it ws managed by builders & old management. Better buy same unit in Bhawna Appts for 25 lakhs cheaper or go for Rainbow appts in same pricing with no internal disputes. Pros- Close proximity to Golf Course Spacious House Clean ambience Cons- Balcony toughened glasses break very often and its life threatening if you are roaming downstairs because glasses just burst into lakhs of pieces and might come down on your head directly. First floor is always blessed with broken glasses and all possible garbage coming into their respective extended areas. Lifts are faulty on weekly basis. Direct cancerous smoke & pollution from Sewage Treatment Plant chimney of DLF comes within the apartment and makes it hard to breath inside the house even. Too much of disturbance from Harijan Basti just next to it. Annoying view of Basti. All festivals are ruined because of absurd high volume music from Basti right since 6 AM in the mornin till 12 in the night and you cant dare to get it shut down. Raw fish/chicken smell withing the premises because of meat shops just next to the boundaries of the condominium . Pointless biased rules by the present maintenance comittee. Free extra car parking only if you are good with management, henceforth rules are not same for all. Management committee members can park 5 cars also within the condominium without paying any extra charges for the same. No transparency of accounts by ongoing members. Elections got cancelled thrice before of the same getting conducted by present management in fraudulent manner. Obnoxious dictatorship by Son of the president withing the premises. Unauthorised construction withing the apartment, one room outside main gate blocking the fire emergency pathway which is mandatory to be left vacant. Hard to sell the property because of no fixed rates, you can get a unit in 1.65 also and there are people demanding 2.1 also for the same house. People have started covering balconies in absurd manner thereby killing the look of the apartment. Tiles inside the house are coming out without any damage to it. The complete house needs tiles replacement badly if you planning to shift out here, it can come out at any point of time damaging the entire room thereby. Shops within the apartment are all disputed and management is after them to shut it down and vacate the same because of their vested interest in money-making. Young girls and ladies cant walk with modern clothes within the premises because of old mindset of people residing inside and Basti people taking pictures standing across the boundary and you can't do anything. Lower floors have got too high pressure of water that pipes burst very frequently and needs replacement and higher floors haven't got adequate supply of water. Water motor within the premises is unauthorised and needs repair of every 10 days or so. NO GYM/CLUBHOUSE. Office is in hold of the dictators ruling the society. You cant do a single function in the parking or at ground floor.Only the management committee can organise their family functions in the parking area in ground floor. If any1 else plans out a function ,he/she is given a space in the basement which is of no use. No society manager can stick for more than 6 months due to never ending games of management comittee. If you want to buy a house peacefully reach out to president or his son else you have to face the heat of all transactions with him poking inside in every single affair. Cons overweight the Pos for a peaceful residence. Think again before going ahead. Fake reviews can surely be heard from people residing inside but reality comes out well from a sufferer only. If still anyone is willing to buy any unit in this apartment , please do not go for ''_04" numbered units in A block and "_03"numbered units in B block specially.Life'll be hell and your money would be blocked forever.
