★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old temple. Peaceful place for worshipping Lord Venugopala swamy. You can clearly see the river on the other side. Road usually crowds with traffic so be careful. According to the the pandit's saying, temple has great potential and history. You can get the travel agents if you want to go on ⛵ for ferry. My time with the temple was good. Hope for your family too. Photos of mine are backside of the temple. #HareKrishna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this temple on 22 Feb 2022@ 6.30 pm and had a darshan of the Dieties.
There was no archaka in the temple, which was a big disappointment. When I enquired with a lady who was there, she told in 15 min. Archaka is expected as he went out on some work. She quoted Covid19 and said since few devotees are coming , Archaka want out. So Covid19 has come in handy to justify his absence. Hmm, this is my experience in an ancient temple worshipped by my earlier two generations who have donated generously.
Hope the managing committee monitors daily activities too. Thanks
