This place is very windy due to open area in its front and here basic amenities like lift , garden and children play area . But here gym facility is not available and maintenance cost is like intermediate for owners and 1.5x for renters . Construction is not worthy according to its buying price , but also the flat for rent is quite affordable and worthy in compare to other flats nearby . Its flat has quite enough good space to live or it can be said
