Rooms are not clean
There is no hot water in morning. You need to inform them.
Old stock toiletries
2 star is for, food is good and restaurant staff is cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well appointed rooms, clean and airy surroundings... A very nice place to stay... Mr Prabhat is a hard working GM, but he lacks staff to run a business this size... The poor staff work round the clock but the services suffer due to paucity of trained staff.. Good Work Mr Prabhat...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful place. All the staff is very respected. Food and all emenities are good. They did a superb arrangement for our all functions. I highly recommend people. Thay can book this resort for small scale functions. I attended marriage functions for two days for 150 people there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is located at good location. Has excellent infra and ambience but management seems to be poor. Exception is Supriyo who is good. Food is ok. But maintenance issues need to be looked into by the management. Intercom didn't work, wifi is poor in bhungas. Rest everything is ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor. Not worth for thr money they charge. First the doors will not lock automatically. The lights will not turn on even after putting the key card in the slot. No hot water. No water in toilet. TV is cutoff before the check out time. Very dirty swimming pools. I would not recommend this resort where nothing works. The three star next to there name stands for third rate hotel

Awesome food of Blue Coriander Restaurant, but too late serving. It literally took 45 min for maggi & 30 min for tea & many more...
Couple of things need to be improved like basic toiletries like bucket tumbler were not there. Refrigerators were not there in room.
No matter what temperature you set in AC, it seems management use to control the AC temperature for power saving.
Rooms cleanliness was great, but lobby was not so. Used plates were kept in front of rooms door for almost whole day no one is interested to clear it.
Overall nice stay.

Excellent Food of Blue Coriander Restaurant, but serving speed very slow, it literally took 45 min for maggi, for tea it took 30 min.
Few things found need to be upgrade like there were no refrigerators in room, basic toiletries like bucket, tumbler were not there. Lobby Floors were dirty. Used plates outside every room almost whole day.
Swimming pools were under maintenance.
Jolly Enjoy water park was good, must go. There River tunnel was excellent.
