★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to buy a worught iron storage bed from here. They take full payment at their office and then send the items to your place. For me the quality of product was unsatisfactory, the iron was thin and sounded like tin and most importantly the plywood was inches short from all directions after requesting they finally agreed to change the plywood ( again with a poor quality one) but size was okay this time. I had to hire local carpenter and get it fitted to perfection at my own expense. They wanted me pay Rs. 800/- delivery charges again for this. Still I paid Rs. 500/- as delivery charges for no fault of mine only to hear abuses from the owner for not paying Rs. 800/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sharing my experience with the store and the owner.
I have purchased 3 mattresses (2 king and 1 queen) from the store and with that I have received 6 pillows and 3 bed sheets(not so big a deal as claimed to be) so deal wise it was good.
You have to pay in full before delivery.(No issues)
I faced problems with delivery.
1) I informed that the delivery would be on the 1st floor but they sent only 1 man in a van with my purchase. Hence I had to lift all three mattresses to my room which is not at all an easy task.
2) The delivery guy missed the bed sheets so when I contacted the manager he said that it wasn’t possible for him to monitor every delivery(WEIRD remark as it’s the stores responsibility to double check before sending delivery)
Note : I received it later it’s not that I did not receive it at all.
Product wise very satisfied!
Service wise not at all!
