★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer response. They can not fulfill commitment as per terms and conditions.
I have give a PO 25 days back. PO terms and conditions are with in 15 days supply, but they are not dispatch my machinery even after 25 days . Even not responding for my calls.
Not suggestable for professional trading activity.
Their MD Lalitha Rao also too worst in customer response. When I am asking responsible for delay, she simply delaying my words.
And today I have listened a word from her mouth " NO REFUND POLICY". That means if we pay the money there is no guarantee for our terms and conditions and even curtesy.
Please think once carefully and take a decision before ordering them.

It's been almost an year using their equipment. The efficacy and accuracy of their equipment is very amazing.
The equipment I purchased is a batch roaster to process peanuts. The product output is excellent. Because of the uniform and perfect roasting of the product, the demand for my company products has grown many folds. The build quality and technology of the equipment is top notch.
Also their sales after service is very excellent.
Overall today I am very happy as my business has expanded beyond my expectations, thanks to Lorman industries.

Lorman provides the poorest ever customer service, I have ever came across.
The Owner Lalitha Mouli openly speaks bad to clients and customer. Even she will say - i dont want your peanuts to get my company go forward and we dont want to give any services for you, do whatever you need.
So guys, think twice before you buy a product from Lorman. Once you buy, then you will face the worst ever customer experience ever.

I have asked to support but they aren't supporting, when I called they are telling we are not depending your business
