★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking confirmed on call. My driver was very professional. Came sharp on time, helped a lot in packing things, didn't ask for extra payment. Name was Mr.Vasu. He drove super smoothly without bumps. Rates are reasonable. Go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had placed an order for house shifting. Overall experience was good. But I hoped it should have been similar to OLA/Uber which gives complete transparency to customers. Had a confusion about the online estimate and final bill but customer care clarified it. Good service otherwise considering how rough segment it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional driver, after booking total control is taken by driver. Even I didn't receive the invoice. Driver demanded extra money. The worse thing happened. I booked two helpers along with truck. Helpers were driver and one more guy. While doing home shifting they stolen my mobile and watch. Never do home shifting with these unprofessional service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are amazing.. the service was good and for me, packers n movers was little costly and expected a hire truck with few persons to help.. they exactly fulfilled my expectations and the pricing was lesser compared to all others. They driver and helper was very helpful. to be Frank their app was not all functioning, I was requested for OTP twice before 4 days and its still not yet come.. but when u call their support and they helped well... if u need anything better call their support directly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service ever and they will ask for cash on top of the invoice amount and if you don't pay the driver, he will threaten you to take away your good.
Lotrucks, please have some sense and learn how to respect your customers.
Even the customer care fought with me and said no refund will be made. For 700 INR service, I paid 1100,
Guys, please beware, don't use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never recommend them to anyone. Highly unprofessional and absolute frauds. They were one and half hour late and didn't send me the vehicle I had booked, rather sent a smaller one. On contacting they assured that the things can be shifted in two shifts for the same price. After the first shift they made some excuses saying they need more help so will do later during the day or the next day. There was extra charges when I got the invoice(some waiting charged too-don't know for what). On asking they said they used extra help (which was from my person itself) so basically I was charged for making me wait and then for the help they got from my person. Later they stopped picking my call for two days. No response since then. How can they be so irresponsible and unprofessional. I had to use another app the next day which again costed me some amount. Lost money and peace of mind unnecessarily because these highly unprofessional people!!! Be aware of them.

Nobody picks up calls. After umpteen calls, somebody picked call and confirmed that truck will come on the booked time.
But as expected all future calls went unanswered, bookings went unattended.
Salvaged situation with Porter.. though I was sceptical initially of its Ola/Uber model. It worked well.

Their driver all are friendly..On Time pickup...expertise in navigation..
Only one thing...Try to pay by cash. In this case drivers get instant money.
With their website and app service Trip complete option is not available. it’s difficult to complete the trip..driver or rider need access for the same.Improve this. Overall experience is very good
