★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very BAD service. If internet get disconnected due to some reason, no one will resolve the issue atleast for 4-5 days. And if you want to complaint no one will pick up your call. This is prepaid internet service so if you complaint for service they will disconnect your internet service. I am suffering from same issue. Don't buy LOTUS...

Their boss never never picks up the phone nor he calls back. They are shameless. They don't even bother to look into the problem.. You better shutdown your no class service.

Not having online recharge system.
This people never pick up your phone at first place. Never call you back.
If you have any issue with internet then you should assume that for next 7-8 days, this will not get resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is pathetic connection i really feel regret to choose this service.... Management is very poor they committed they will give 30mbps but most of time they give less than 5 Mbps, no one response to the call. I will never ever suggest to have this service.
