★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE FAKE COMMITMENT.
I purchased a PANASONIC 2 TON AC last year with that they offered me extended warranty for 2 more years for Rs 4600 with this they also said that starting 2 free services will be from panasonic and than 4 services (2 per year) will be from LOTUS.
And when I called for service they are replying that if your AC gets shut down or there is any problem then only we will take care otherwise not.
If any body from LOTUS ELECTRONIC reading this just thing if I had to pay 4600 to you for no service why should I pay. If I had any clue that I will be scammed with fake commitments I would have just bought an AMC from the PANASONIC Company itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 2 coolers worth 30000 the moment they were delivered we informed tat both are not working its been over a week and no one has turned up for repair.
The also happened when we bought a home theater of jbl worth 60k the fitting happened months after delivery.
Plz don't waste ur time and money over this place they have zero ability nor onus beyond their showroom door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier it was nice to buy products from lotus but now it's just a name with fame and no shame.
I bought 2 products (cooler and gas stove) both the pices are defected cooler with no working motor and gas stove with a broken burning flame .
I am not at all satisfied with their repair scheme (providing old product with changed equipments) this time as Earlier I used to buy each and every electronic household product from lotus but now no more .
And won't suggest anyone to their now as with more demand they are exploiting customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best stores in Bhopal and of course the offers are also good. But one thing keep in mind that ask for offers comparing with other dealers. Then one can get the best price. These guys also deal with Apple products
1)MacBooks
2)IPhones
3)IPads
However they do not deal with accessories like Apple mouse and MacBook cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and knowledge very helpful and drives a good bargain. Would definitely shop again, great staff with aclean and tidy store, highly recommend cheers for the trade.
Delivery same day and hats off to the delivery men who didn't want to deliver to a very difficult 2nd floor due to the size of the fridge/freezer but with our help we all got there and in perfect condition. Just waiting 24 hours before turning it on and we are ready to use it. Great job to the Delivery team. Cheers for the trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support, i bought a deep refrigerator in which some parts are Missing so i called to sells Executive he talked to me and said he will inform me about this after having a discussion with company after that he didn't call me back and it's been a day now he is not responding my call. I don't know what to do next that's why I am writing this review problem like this need to be solve and atleast he attain my calls. I am going to there showroom but they are worst at assisting there customer. Please don't buy any product from here and if you think you never gonna need any support from them regarding product then you can think to buy.
My issue have solved thanks. But I would be more happy if they solved this issue earlier without wasting my time.
