★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new cooler recently from lotus store in palasia, indore but received it in defected condition. Despite registering multiple complaints through calls, no one from the company has come to inspect the cooler and give the replacement product. Didn't expect this kind of service specially after being a repeat buyer. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT provide good service i have owned a automatic washing from there after 2 month it is not working properly i have complained for repairing 25 days are completed of my complaint and every time when i call to them and tell them that when my machine get repaired all time they told me that i will check about your complaint and i will told you when it will get repaired and they never inform me about when my machine will be repaired i suggest you that don’t buy any product from this outlet ( Navneet darshan 16/2 old palasia )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased an ac from lotus and after purchasing they are supposed to inform the company for installation of the ac but they didn't it's been 4days and when we call customer care the told they are rasining request but after 3 hour i called them and when we verified with kelvinator support care they had no information of it really unprofessional from them so it seems only matter is sales and not customer.

Mr Zibran suggested me a product that would cater to my need. He was very humble and thorough with the product.
I would definitely visit again and buy more products.

I have purchased several products here and was disappointed every time.
Recently I gave it another chance, purchased a cooler which was received as damaged. Spent 5 days chasing them still no resolution.
(update)
Lotus service reached out and replaced the broken unit with new one. It did take 8 days to resolve but it's understandable.
My suggestion to customers, at the time of delivery do a thorough inspection and do not accept the delivery, if you notice any damage.
To Lotus team, I stand corrected, your service is good.
