#Room rent also charging for full day if anyone spent only 1 hour of the day.
#Very rude staff.
#Doctor are also not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my laparoscopic surgery 3 weeks ago, and it was a successful one, and that was possible only because of Dr.Umesh Gupta. He was so kind to ease me through out the entire process. The staff members were so generous to treat me like family. He is an expert for a reason, not only serious concerns but he even patiently heard my stupid questions and gave me a constructive feedback! I was too reluctant to get my surgery done but he gave such an amazing consultation that without hesitation I scheduled my laparoscopic surgery! All thanks to Umesh sir and members of Lotus Hospital for such a generous treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was critical when I was admitted in his hospital. I had pancreatitis n gall bladder stone in addition to jaundice n my body was dehydrated completely. Dr Umesh operated me 2 days ago. and he treated me so well that today I’m at my home with my family.
He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients.. Dr. Umesh is a great doctor! Because he is very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I His staff was also very kind n helpful especially sister Shelly and ICU attended Naval Bhaiya . I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my umbilical hernia surgery. The hospital is clean, spacious and full of facilities for any patient and their visitors. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is also very helpful and supportive. I really liked the way Dr. Umesh Gupta handle their patients with full care. He listen to all the queries and answer them. I would highly recommend the doctor and this hospital. Definitely it is a one stop shop if any one is looking for budget friendly and highly professional services with an experienced doctor.
