Lotus Hospital - Azamgarh

Worst hospital seen in my entire life ...i'll suggest don't ever take admits there.they don't operate patient properly as they have not any kind of medical knowledge.Senior doctor never come to hospital to take care patient...all work done on phone ....don't go ...don't go there plz if u love you and your family.

Everythings are ok like hospital is clean and fresh and lighting are okk.. And here's nurses are doing a great job and treating nicely to patients..

One of the best hospital in AZAMGARH Dr Pankaj rai and his team doing their utmost effort to make patients feel better and more comfortable, Hospital management is too good they help you all the time, floors are neat and clean.

Lotus Hospital is good in Azamgarh. Cleanness is every where in Hospital. Doctors are highly qualified and well mannerd.

Recently my aunt was admitted to this hospital for one week so i guess i am eligible enough to give complete feedback .Let me tell u that the name of the hospital is ironic to the kind of services it provides and the management and nursing staff resonates with the surrounding in which lotus blooms and prospers. Firstly the cleanliness and hygiene here is pathetic . The cleaning staff are in hurry to haphazardly clean and mop the floor just before Pankaj sir arrives . The rooms are infested with red ants. Cleaning staffs are rude and seldom wears mask. Nurses of this hospitals are not trained, unprofessional, incompetent,illiterate .I can share some of my experiences which will shock reader to the core. INCIDENT 1- A nurse tried to figure out the blood pressure of my aunt by holding her wrist, guess what she came with the number 100/60. INCIDENT 2- A nurse comes in hurry and tried to break open the injection vial spilling all its content over my aunt . To top it all she filled the injection with the leftover content and was ready to the give the shot. I instantly interrupted and shouted at her for her reckless attitude. She in turn tried to give me 10 ₹ for the loss caused . INCIDENT 3- This is most bizzare of all. I asked nurse to give inhaler to my aunt. She took the box from my hand and stared at it in oblivion. She then ask to be excused and came in with CHOTU CHAIWALLAH after sometime. To my surprise chotu with his bare contaminated hand spilled out the capsules ,put it in the inhaler and told the nurse how it is done. I was both perturbed and infuriated by the ignorance of the nurse . I had no option but to go the crowded pharmacy to buy a new inhaler. One more thing ,I have several photos of the oxygen mask thrown in corridor. From all this you can yourself conclude how the hospital is. But at last i want to add that DR PANKAJ RAI is a great doctor but i cant say that about his managing skills. I my greatly indepted to him for saving my aunt's life.I have great respect for Dr Pankaj Rai.?
