β β β β β Worst experience....Doctor Barnali Ghosh is only for the money....They will not be available in night even during the emergency. Emergency is just a word for him. I tried to get admitted my wife during the pregnancy at night and in emergency. Hospital staff they told that Barnali Ghosh will be available in the morning during the emergency also. They convenyed this message to Barnali Ghosh also. She told the staff to wait till morning. I had completed entire 9 month checkup and all as per his advice but she was not available during the emergency time. They only care for money...nothing else. Deeply upset ......When I need maximum support at that time but nothing got at the emergency time.....

β β β β β Poor service and facility.
They took 4 days to identify the stone in kidney and charged on per day basis. I had very bad experience. They kept me for 4 days in the name of conservative treatment and charged 27K. The facilities are poor too they have TV for single room without dish connection I.e. it is of no use. The food served is pathetic. Though I charged for the food but I preferred food from home during my stay. The masi who used to clean the toilet of patients used to serve the food. How one can eat in such case imagine.

β β β β β Very Bad experienced in lotus hospital. They tooked my friend mother life. They dont have ant facilities and also they are very rude. Today I went to lotus hospital for spelling change in death certificate but I wait for more than 2hrs. So I request to all of not to any of your love ones in lotus hospital.

β β β β β Extremely bad! No monitoring at all. They only understand money. Plays with the lives of the patients. The nurses are extremely rude to the patients. Proper oxygen support also not given. Checks up on the patients only when you the patient party is physically present at the hospital and asking about the patients condition.
The ICU ward is absolutely disgusting. Monitor not available. Covid patients oxygen saturation was diagnosed through oxymeter and not a monitor available. On top of that, the oxymeter was not working properly as the battery had died out.
Kindly do not admit your loved ones here as this hospital is a joke.

β β β β β I have visited this hospital for my wife pathological test purposes. I have waited here for test 2hrs.Receptionist informed that the doctor is busy with patients on his personal chamber. Even i am waiting till now there is no update when the test will be done. This is honest and horrible experience in pvt hospital.

β β β β β Avoid at all costs. Doctors start from their places only after hearing if patient has arrived. Had this experience today waiting for my 1.5 year son who cannot even wear mask. Doctor started after we came, almost 40 mins late. This is normal at this hospital. They also told they do not have any administrator, which I guess is illegal.
