Let me start with a crystal clear statement > Lotus Wealth Management (owned by Bhavin Dedhia and situated at Kasturi Plaza, Dombivli East) is a fraud company which is managed by an equally fraud and irresponsible team. Not only me but they took crores of investment from needy people luring them with false promise of gold coins on return. Later I came to know that they promised this without even having license to trade / exchange gold coins. When the maturity was due in May-2020 their proprietor Bhavin Dedhia gave the excuse of Covid situation in India and also rejection of their gold license by government (I doubt they even applied for a license...it was just a way to fool people). At the same time he is earning enough (also getting investments) to re-pay at least in EMI form. But he does not want to pay is the main problem. Most of the people whom Bhavin Dedhia has duped are from middle-class Marathi families and it is very evident that he is doing this on purpose knowing "kaun kya karlega". On other hand it is also unfortunate that local people like Omkar Kulkarni are assiting him in his fraud business. People like Omkar Kulkarni are still in the marketting mode for Lotus and still pulling innocent investors into this mess. All the time when Bhavin was hiding, Omkar kulkarni was buying more time for him. What makes me wonder - Bhavin Dedhia (Lotus) invests money in forex market > his broker/ server is in Dubai > but when it comes to repayment "India mein lockdown hai/ Mumbai mein lockdown hai" > as if the local vegetable sellers/ grocery shop owners are going to withdraw money and hand it over to him. To recap - 1. initial investment in Oct-2019 2. First maturity - May-2020 (Bhavin asked for re-investment) 3. New maturity date - Oct-2020 (Bhavin and his team asks for re-investing) 4. New maturity date - Mar-2021 5. No payment - end of May-2021. Some common terms which you will hear at the office: 1. Bhavin is not available -> dont know what this useless guy is busy with 2. Our office will call you for payment / schedule -> never happens 3. Bhavin has not informed us anything about your case. I will check and get back to you -> never happens 4. Lockdown is going on, every financial transaction is stuck....what can I do -> even local money lender is working except Lotus. 5. All the control is with Bhavin.....I am extremely sorry -> tu kai gotya khelayla/ khajvayla aahes ka? All those who have given 5-star ratings are/ were his employees/ co-accused in this entire scam. Sincere request to spread as much as awareness against Lotus Wealth management, Bhavin Dedhia and his team so that at least small / retail investors are saved from here onwards. As what has been observed in other cases (especially the gold schemes), it will not come as a shock if Bhavin Dedhia and his team flee the city.
