★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shridhar Reddy is a great person . Took my injured mother there and he suggested the best treatment and didn’t charge unnecessarily. Was happy with the experience. There was another lady doctor there who was also good . The X-ray technician moved the patient a lot which is bad . Overall hygiene protocols must be improved and maintain a sterile environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in the friends circle of Dr. Reddy or come from influential background then you can be rest assured that you will get preferential treatment from the doctor and the administrative staff in this hospital. You might go there with pain and you will be made to sit for hours together because the so called “closed circle” keep visiting and the doctor along with the staff unapologetically request their friends and family to skip the queue and give preferential treatment. I have had a similar experience twice in this hospital and the latest was last week where I was made to wait and the doctor deliberately made me sit to check four patients who were made to skip my token number even though I was slotted to go in an hour back. We just went to show our scan reports which is supposedly given priority in this hospital by the doctor but still we were made sit through the pain for an hour with zero compassion showed by the receptionist or the doctor. Skip this hospital if you can and visit a doctor who understands the situation of the patient and is compassionate towards the needs of the public. Felt like a government hospital where Power speaks.

Easily reachable and visible from the main road.
Pros:
Very good doctors(at least the one I visited)
Conveniently located and accessible
Decent charges (for consultation, I think very good compared against the time the doctor spends with you)
Knowledgable staff at reception
Easy appointment booking
Parking
Cons:
Neatness- for a hospital this needs to be well maintained
Doctors availability- sometimes the appointment is not finalised until the day before appointment. Problematic for long planning
Pharmacy: in my opinion, this is a scam. They charge prices as they wish and not as what they say. For eg: they charge GST some medicines and don’t on some. Funnily they provide discount only for GST added medicines. No discount for injection either way
Causality is very small
Billing can be improved - for some consultations we do not get bills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just called as hospital but there is no hospitality. Just went for tieredness and fever and they wanted to admit. Dr. Ravi kumar was especially scaring us by saying all the nonsense. When we said no for admission, they were really rude while treating further. May be they want to have more admissions so that they can make more money.
Not recommended.
