★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pg for bachelor's, Food is not bad. And always reply for our concern. No water problem, power backup and u will get TV wifi and common washing machines. FARE PRICE and better food and big inside parking space for two wheelers than any of the pg around.
Lift is available, Here for last 2 months and fully happy.

no bedbugs but full of small cockroaches
newly made but unclean bathroom
and c/t charan is a decent person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pg i have ever stayed in Bangalore i have stayed here for four months. The major problems are with the food and drinking water and normal water which we use they bring water from (wastage water) Which we get from water plants for cheap price they will get this water through tanks they dont use bore water or kaveri water if you stay here you will end up loosing hair and you will suffer with throat infection and the food is too worst and coming to cleaning they will clean the washroom just twice in a month and room once in a month. If you complaint about anything the management won't take any action on that you can find many other good pg's near it

Left my luggage before 1st lockdown and came to took it recently, got all my belongings. If anyone left their's kindly visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After searching multiple PGs in marathalli came to this one. Rooms are moderately good and nice amenities provided. I stayed here for 2 years, owner, Charan is very friendly and hostile.Always good to interact with him. Space is there for vehicle parking and best part is power backup is there,especially during my stay I never saw a power issues during night times. Sometimes food you get bored but hey PG being in middle of marathalli you will get anything which is walkable.

4. No Bed Bugs.
5. Hot Water Available.(24/7)
6. TV (Regional Pack will be recharged)
7. Decent speed WiFi.
8. Decent Food.
9. Lift up to 5th floor.
10. Friendly Owner (Very much Adjustable)
11. Power Backup
Cons
1. Ventilation in few rooms is not there only in 6th floor rooms
2. Washing Machine is not clean.
3. Room cleaning is worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and maintenance is good but they won't give additional time to pay the rent, they will keep on asking rent, rent before ending of the tenure only, and only one washing machine for entire PG that too semi automatic washing machine, u have to spend time for that because of semi automatic washing Machine, other pgs have automatic washing machines, Except food and maintenance remaining NOT GOOD for this PG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for accomodation and the owner was super nice. Definitely recommend it. I suggest go for 3 people rooms as they are more affordable than 2. The food could have been better. Overall my stay was worth it.
