★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy any flat and don’t trust anyone there. They promised me to give the possession within 60 days in February 2021 but it’s July now and still waiting for the same. Site people says please call head office and head office people says please call site head. Nobody is least bothered to give me the handover of my flat. Their director Mr. Jitender Tomar does not pick the call and somehow if they pick up and you’ll ask the question related to possession then he’ll not behave you well. I’ve wasted my money by investing in Lotus Shrishti but please you people don’t invest, else you’ll regret the same the way I am feeling now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry & very unprofessional part that renowned group closed its office at site & to the best of my knowledge key persons are out of group ,commitments made by sales personnel can not be protested bcoz they r not available.
Technical part is that loading area is too much
, wood work ,tile work &other interior work is of poor quality.
IDC /edc are being charged whereas not reflected in bba while calcuting cost of unit & thats too on super area ,but no option one has to pay .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy any flats not in just Lotus Srishti but the whole Renowned Group Project. Their management is so pathetic, unsupportive and will never deliver what they have promised you. You will regret in your entire life that you've spent your hard earn money on this 3rd class project. They will charge hell lot of money once you buy a flat for any XYZ reason and if you dont pay, they will stop working on your flat or they will not deliver you. Ridiculous service ever I have seen in Real Estate.
