★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really didn't like the place. It's a land full of natural beauty but maintained very poorly. Garbage everywhere. Villagers try to make it happening by placing colorful swings, decorative benches, and sitting areas etc for earning purpose but it's just spoiling it's natural authentic Beauty. Completely a mess. I would not suggest anyone to go at the main location for it but can roam around the lake where it is more peace and serenity.

Its a lake view area where n number of lotus are planted.
The area is basically backwater area of Yashwant Sagar Dam.
You can buy lots of Lotus here.
Best time to visit is from October to April.
Nice place to hangout with friends and family.
Couple friendly.
Pre wedding shooting is also possible at this place. Too much greenery available at this place.
Can enjoy a half day here easily.
Basic desi junk food available to buy.
One can aslo bring cars and small buses.
Dont come from inside Hatod village, rods are too narrow, under construction and very worst.

Here is a lot of lotus in this lake. Lotus lake is a natural lake, it is a back water of Yashwant Sagar dam. It is situated at Gambhir river. Full enjoy with your friends or family. Tourists specially come herefor photo shoot, pre wedding photo shoot, cycling, horse riding, jhula etc. You also enjoy boating at Gambhir river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lotus grows in marsh land, so you have to look through that to find them. I didn't find it worth a long long ride. There's no place to sit n relax for free, but it's not too much costly also, you might just need to pay 10 - 20 or more. I saw the cars parked on the road side only, so no need to search for parking place. If you want to take pics on swings decorated with flowers or table-chair-setting on water or a decorated swing in water or on horseback or with trees surrounding in water or with bunch of bamboo trees, you can definitely go there. The place is basically run by small business by villagers and they keep this place happening. The main drawback I found that if the place was maintained by DA then it could've been much more tourist attracting, because of which one might not think it worth going back.
