★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love spending time with coffee and me and this place is perfect for it. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements i always prefer outdoor seating. They serve best pasta and desserts here. One should try pasta in white sauce and all desserts here as they are total mouth watering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard great reviews of this place but was utterly disappointed. Right at the sitting space they had a bucket kept that was collecting water from the AC. On asking for another sitting area there was good silence for 5 minutes. Highly non recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long covid lockdown I was looking forward to have a good time when I visited Love and Latte. Thoroughly disappointed. Before entering the store you have to pass through dense cigerette smoke.
The Mexican cheese fries came as plain salted fries and when confronted I was told that it is not melted cheese but cheese powder that they put on top of fries. Even this was a lie as I could see none on my fries or on the tissue in which the fries were served. (They charge extra 40 for this)
All the rates have jumped up significantly and the service levels have plummeted.
The billing took almost 30 mins as their system was not working and they wanted me to pay without the bill. When I insisted I was given a manual invoice which had errors. I couldn't even check and redeem my points. After multiple calls by them to their seniors and corrections in bill, I was fed up and just paid and left.
All in all it was not what I expected from love and latte when I chose it as one of the first coffee places I visit post Covid. AVOID this place till they get their service levels up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cosy place with a sizeable variety of coffees and snacks. Tried the filter coffee which was okay and the Lemon Coriander Panini which was quite good! A very good option in central Thane to work, be by yourself. The no music ambience doesn’t make chatty tables ruin your vibe at all. Your order is only considered when you pay at the counter. A very good option as a go to no-rush place!

Avocado sandwich was really good.
Good thing is they have multi grain or brown bread. So health conscious people can also enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great. Ambience was also fine. Sofa was damaged, service was bit delayed. Medium price range, neither too reasonable nor too high. ₹850 for 2 people min easily.

Hazelnut blast : ice crushed coffee, good. 8/10
Chocolate crushed coffee : Amazing taste : 10/10
Garlic coriander roll : Spicy and crispy, loved it.
