★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner makes fake promises by making us pay her in advance for the cake. Our cake was supposed to reach at 6 but reached 9:30.
Did not pick up calls even after being called for more than 20 times and then switch off her phone.
She was not even sorry and said her rider got into an accident. Even though when the rider reached the location he told us he was instructed to lie about the timings and all the more he was absolutely fine. Really very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot reply on the service. Cake was ruined and the bakeries own delivery guy kept on lying for hours and hours that I am almost at the location. Worst experience ever. Store owner is also really unprofessional. Switches off the phone in case any complaint you want to make regarding delivery or reviews you want to provide. Don't order any kind of customized cakes for major occasions from here. The people at the bakery are really unreliable.

Most important part of any kind of item you go to buy in the market is SERVICE and CUSTOMER SUPPORT and both of them are the worst I have ever encountered till date. I would like to recommend everyone to think twice before believing in the promises they make. For once, you can pick from the ready made cakes but don't go for any kind of cakes which have to be prepared on order. Don't know the meaning and importance of MEETING DEADLINES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, order got delayed by 5 hours even when order was made 2 days prior to the occasion. Most importantly did not meet the commitment. The store owner kept on lying and switched off the phone. This is so unprofessional. I would recommend everyone not to order any stuff from here. Even if my money was refunded, I had an event of 100 people and I was left helpless with no cake. Don't rely on the service. There are lots of other so much better bakeries near the area to choose from.
