β β β β β Servicing is really fine.. you find parts too... The servicing staff is well trained... And timings are also appropriate.. a separate zone to watch the servicing process is also present..

β β β β β Service and attendant were good and the staff was helpful and very cooperative but facilities were ZERO as compare to other Service Center. Customer Waiting area was really bad. The washroom was even worst and you have crossed the whole workshop to go there. No Hot Water to Drink, Wifi available was mention over there but no information provided about the password.
Lockers were there, but I don't know for whom it was. Unused glasses were store in those locks, and no keys were intact so that customers can use them.
This workshop is not recommended for Disable/ Sr Citizen and Woman. basic infrastructure or service is not avb for them.

β β β β β Staff is supportive only as long as you are buying new vehicle or getting serviced. If you go for claiming warranty they will totally change their way of talking and even misguide you. My MRF Tyre for brezza bursted within 5 years of purchase while mrf gave warranty for 6 years I was told by lovely autos staff that only 1 year warranty was provided . But when i went to MRF Service Centre they immediately replaced my tyre and even don't demanded the letter issued by lovely autos

Editing after 6 months : Never ever give reviews under pressure or just because they were nice to you at the time of sale. Always wait for at least 6 months before giving any reviews. If negative stars were there, I would have given those. Third class service and this is second time happened to me. This time they call me over phone and told me that your car's general checkup is due. I asked over phone what would be the estimate cost of this service and they told me only Rs.34.... I went there (it is 22km away from my residence) and upone entering their premises I ask them about my car service. They even didn't check my car or drove it and straight recommend me alignment and wheel balancing and for that I would have to pay them... As I already faced bad experience in past with Lovely Autos, this time I got frustrated as they lied to me. I simply ask them to not to proceed and give me back my documents and told that I would rather take my car service to the agency which is near to my home, that would reliable to me. Now, they start giving me vibes that I would loss my 5 year warranty as I am refusing their recommendations. Though, I didnt refused I simply ask them that I would take services from any other agency. But they continue to harass me and take me to service manager's room and gotcha.. that manager too giving me warnings to loose my warranty and all, and said that they had to mention that I refused their recommendations because I already entered their premises and they had to make reasons why I left without taking services. So, instead of written the actual reason they have mentioned in gate pass that car owner refused for due service. Then i went straight to another agency and hand over them my car and papers, they took 1:30 hours(appointment was not taken before in that agency) to check up all the car and wash it and hand it over me and billed me only Rs.34. No hassles, no cheap sales tricks. I have both receipts and now I am going to blow their department for wasting my time and harassing me..... Never ever going back to Lovely Autos. Scammers they are..

The team is innovative and delivers right solution, however i felt their is a lack of coordination between different departments and at the end, consumer has to bear the burnt.

β β β β β Really worst experience they took almost 6hrs just for regular maintenance work like changing oil and filter staff have asked me to wait for 2hrs and he took 6hrs for servicingβ¦. Poor service. Never trust on the given time of these people
