One of the worst places to buy furniture. I got over charged for delivery service with a guarantee that nothing will be damaged if we use their labor and delivery service. Of course there was damage and I have been asking for almost 6 months now to fix that damage but seems like they work like government when it comes to full filling promise. Recommendation is that never trust their quality and definitely never trust their promises. Thanks

Good collection for sofa set and dinning table

Do not buy furniture from this shop. I have purchased a sofa set including table. After 4-5 months sofa bend and table bottom ply had cracked. I called and messaged the shop guy several times, even I visited the shop so many times for complaint regarding the same. But they didn't answer. Their service is worst. Even the quality of their product is worst. Do not waste your money on their products.

Hi , Just wanted to share my user/ customer reviews regarding the furniture shop. The experience which I have after dealing with these people is not very good and I will never opt any more product from this shop any more. The person who deals with customers are Shafiq and aman (owner) in my case. I had purchased a product before lockdown and after purchasing product with in 4 months product has default fo which complain had been filed for which they took 1 year to process the same ( due to pandemic) lockdown was for 4 months but they have not provided any services fro next 6 months. In addition one of the seats of my sofa is damaged for which I had 5 years warrenty and it's been again 2 months chasingbthese guys but they are not able to provide any services neither they are able to provide me a date when it would be resolved.only fake promises are being made that your problem will be solved but nobody knows when. One standard comments which I had heard everyone is we don't have any labour. I am not sure how they works but the experience which I had is really bad and if Google had allowed me to give zero rating I would have rated them the same.

Shop is totally fraud... Even there sales manager also very much lier . I ordered other sofa but they dispatched me the another sofa.. And taking my whole Money. I sent them pics of but they they said no u ordered the same.. All are fraud.... ??... Don't buy anything from there. . . . Aap log se request he kuch na purchase kare waha se.... Sales manager name Safiq is very bad in behavior

I would like to Thanks Google and The Reviewers who has put these eye opener reviews about this Furniture Store “Lucky Furniture” these are pretty much helpful for the customers those are planning to deal/purchase anything with this store. I am sharing my personal incident here, I visited this store to buy a double bed and placed the order as well by giving advance amount of Rs. 10,000/- here is always a sales person “Mr. Shafiq” who is dealing with all customers. This was going be my first ever purchase experience with this store. I placed order for double bed by giving amount of Rs. 10,000 in advance and came back. Once i came back to my place i realised that I did some mistake to giving advance amount because In favour of that 10,000 advance amount Mr. Shafiq has not provided me any Company Printed Invoice or Any Purchase Order Quote for my booked Order. He just provide me a simple short slip wherein not mentioned that who is taking money from me as an a Firm, just mentioned the Amount 10,000/- and My Name and Contact Details Not any Shop Name, Order Number at All mentioned on that slip. Suddenly Its clicked in my mind to check the reviews about this store on google, once I saw these bad reviews about this store I was shocked. Hence I decided to Cancel my order & called “Mr. Shafiq” on very next day morning from my order placed date for cancel my order and return my payment, than he told me to come at his store. I visited to store in order to cancel my order and take my advance money back, I met with owner “Mr. Lucky Bhatia” , at first he denied to return my money back but post some discussion with owners I received my money back. I received it with the all help of Google and their reviewers and I canceled it on a very quick note. Also if You asked for a Invoice/Bill they will charge You additional 18% GST apart from proposed product price. Thanks a lot again to Google and all the reviewers to save my money. ?
