Just for the sake of it, one has to go and have chai & maska-bun at Lucky. After all it has a legendary status. The "Lucky ni chaa" is symbol of amdavad. Also it gives a feel of old city and heritage.
M F Hussain used to be a fan of Lucky chai. They have an original M F painting on their wall.
Go there, not so much for the food quality or service or luxury or fine dine, but just for a feel of the place.

Finally tried their ginger masala tea and bun maska and I must say it was worth visiting and trying out their popular food items. If you are visiting Ahmedabad, I recommend this place, they are famous for different types of bun maska.
