★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once upon a time, when they were new in the area they were just fantastic! But now they changed.
I never understood their theory on Part malfunctioning, which they never touched. In my last attempt, they never touched my radiator, they never touched my lock, they never touched silencer etc and all of sudden they started malfunctioning just reviewing trial after service. LOL :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic experience. Gave my brand new scorpio for interior and exterior cleaning, received my car with a broken interior light. On being confronted, he agreed to change it and I continuously followed up first with Mr Nilesh, then when he stopped responding, I visited car clinic again. There I met another gentleman who again asked for a couple of days and after that he stopped responding. After 2 months of running after, I'm now planning to get it replaced by myself.
Very unprofessional and unexpected service from this particular center. There is a lesser known car center down the road opp DB City which provides much better service.
