★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my trolley bag for repair. Only the hook of the belt was to be changed. They replaced the whole belt with a cheap quality belt. And took away the good quality belt. I felt cheated.

The gentleman at the counter repaired it in pretty much no time and even explained me what to do when such things happen again. He did charge a good deal for the five minute work but then as long as it gets the suitcase working again, it's all good.
