Used it during my international travel and my luggage was protected from all the scratches and damage. Was impressed with the quality. Would highly recommend Star Bags Emporium for your luggage and covers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before moving out of India I had purchased all my bags from here. It’s been 4 years and all of them are still good. Mustafa is very helpful and will suggest the best product that matches your need and budget. This time around I needed another bag and I knew exactly where to pick it from, without any second thoughts. As usual, I checked 2-3 bags with varying features and prices that were available at his store, but went with the one that was suitable to my choice as well as pocket. Since the Color I needed was not available with him, he promised to get the same, home delivered to me within 2 days. I got it delivered at home as promised and used it for my travel without any complaints. Whenever I need a travel bag, I am going back to him and also going to recommend my friends and family to buy their bags from him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trolley bags needed a fix up. 1 had a zip issue, the other had a missing leg and the third a missing wheel. Even though my bags were not of the brand that Mr Mustafas shops sells. He was kind enough to help me out and fix all three.
Now my trolleys are just as new.
I highly recommend his services and if you're looking for a great selection of bags and trolleys do pay him a visit. You won't be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful staff. They are well behaved and help you a lot. I had no idea about my warranty but they asked me to find the warranty card so they can get it repaired free of cost. No other businessman shows such concern. Very much impressed.
They have variety of products with different brands and a great window of price range.
A good place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It did a great job of restoring my son's damaged rucksack at a very reasonable price. No doubt skill-wise it is one of the best places in the area to get your stuff fixed. They also have a nice stock of branded bags and travel luggage in the shop. Though I did not buy anything new from there I checked on some price and it looked quite reasonable.
The one area that needs improvement is proactive customer communication - prolonged silence or not reverting are avoidable conduct for effective client engagement. Otherwise it is in the 5 Star zone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my suitcase wheel replaced at this shop recently and was very disappointed with the damage done to it.
The owner inspected the wheel with me and agreed to fix it in 2 days. I went to receive it and noticed that the replaced wheel base had a deep cut ( See pic).
When I asked him , he refused to acknowledge that it was done in his shop but was there before he received it. I told him if it were there earlier we should have noticed it when we inspected it before the repair and made a note of. He kept on arguing that it was not done by him during replacing the wheel but must have been there. I also noticed that the covering caps of the wheel base where damaged and not fitting back (see pic). He motioned that once these kind of work is done we cannot expect a proper look.
This shop does not look very trustworthy in their work and the craftsmanship is very bad. A local cobbler on street will do a better job.
Please check out other places and if you don't find one, please ensure you have pics taken before you get anything done here and discuss with the owner before handing over for repairs.
