★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a home UPS from Luminous UPS 11 years back and have been recommending them to anyone looking for a budgeted, and customer oriented professionals and center for a hassle free purchase, delivery, installation, and AMC. They are proactive when it comes to maintanence and Mr. Saravanan makes sure none of his customer goes unattended. He called us for the maintenance which we had forgotten about. Note: We did not have a prior AMC for our purchase and he made sure he called us for the service proactively.

He suggested good alternatives as per budget and also removed what was not required which saved a lot of money. The previous technician that visited said I have to change the whole set up and would cost me around 38K. My friend suggested Saravana from luminous ups, when he visited he said the ups set up I have is good and just needs a little tune up. He got the work done in 18K. Now going to get UPS set up for my office from him. I would recommend him any day any time for all your UPS needs and he said he also deals with Solar set up. Great going.
