Person can get exposure of different regulatory market as plant is USFDA,MHRA,MHLW approved .Person with positive approach can grow a lot and achieve his personal and organisations goal.Quality System is well implemented.
HR policies are very nice like buddy and leadership through which employees can develop their personal skills and improve subject knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place residing in goa industrial area easily accessible by goa KTC bus stop. It take about 35 mins to get there from KTC bus stand. This company is about 10 mins walk from lupin bus stop where you can reach from KTC via bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to work and well managed company but the problem is that the SOME managers in production doesn't behave nicely with you. Even if you are highly qualified they give you a washing and floor moping job. This is very rediculous and useless. Some staff also use bad words, there is no respect even if you are senior executive, worst people i have seen in my life, guys think before joining this organisation.
What Actually happens is the people from maharashtra etc come for interview thinking that lupin is brand company, yes its a brand but behavior of all managers (specially coating ) manager and other staff is very ridiculous, not tolerable at all. They think that they are the only managers but some doesnt know to talk proper English also very very worst this is. Need to file complaint against them in employment office. Guys think before joining.
