the high authorities doesnt seem "high" from there gestures at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lupin Pithampur is a worst place to work and worst culture. I would suggest no one to join. Managers and above are allowed to have tea and in case of Tea requirements for guests, employee has to send mail copy to admin head with numbers of cup. Manager and above are treated as human beings and others below them are nothing. Canteen meals are also served based on hyrarchy. Good quality "chapaties and additional items" are served to Managers and above. No one in this company will care about employee.I couldn't stay longer than 4 month. Last but not the least, request talented people never to join. Join other companies but not this.
