★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience. I had purchased a medicine from this shop while boarding a train from Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station and made a digital payment. Next day, I was paying for something I had purchased in some other city but by mistake the app selected Luthra chemists from recent transactions and the amount got credited to this pharmacist through UPI payment. I tried to contact the owner and told him about the same. Despite providing the proof of payment, the owner bluntly refused to pay back the amount. He even went on to the extent where he even denied receiving the actual payment I made while purchasing the medicine. And later started saying things like he won't build a castle out of the money he has recieved. This mere incident tells a lot about the nature of the owner
