disgusting people disgusting owner and staff..????????????? owner is very rude and don't hv any manners to talk... seriously very disappointed ???m suffering whole day but they didn't take any responsibility they ditch me at the last moment...i won't recommend at all for this place

this time it was confirmed by aastha that their is a slot available..
and few hours before she backed out saying that their is no slots available...
please don't rely on them for the bookings..
also, she is very rude as well..can attached voice notes & Screenshots as well for reference..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the Fake service provider they will make fake commitment and will not provide you the service and will not pick up your phone and will block you on Instagram as well. There owner will also not respond you. They will just make excuse after excuses and will not revert you. It’s just waste of time your energy your money your mood and your day as well and I can provide you proof as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried booking them for my 2nd service, they confirmed my booking and yet technician was not not given my booking. Despite of confirming the appointment, you’ll not be provided for services. Very poor mechanism and very unresponsive. Highly recommend to not book them at all. They’ll fool you till the very last minute and you’ll be stuck and have to find anybody else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There work is fine, the nail artist did good job. But they don’t value customer’s time. Last time I booked an appointment at 5pm and the artist came at 7pm even after my continuous follow-ups… Next time I booked it for 2pm but later I was told it’ll get delay so ‘ll do it at 3pm. I said ok.. Even after all this artist came at 4:30 pm that too after multiple follow-up.
