★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pastries and cream roll i have ever had in my life, I felt i was eating something that was made few months ago. I had to throw everything into the dustbin. I also bought a packet of Gajak but that too i had to throw after having 2 pieces.
If you dont believe try today, and also this is a festival season.
Laksmi bakers please improve your quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one of staff behavior at cash counter is very rude in absence of the owner/manager.An staff was demanding for extra Rs. 20 for keeping the pastry in a mini cartoon box at my visit on 30/10/2021 evening around 1700 hours. Being as a regular customer, it was my last visit to your bakery bcoz of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from taking cakes and other items from time to time, I have also booked cake twice for bigger function like engagement etc, until now there has been no single complaint and the quality each time has been more then awesome.
In addition to this I had this intresting incident on one occasion, I was not able to take my car to shop to collect cake due to some reason, owner himself dropped the cake at a nearby hotel and also asked one of the worker to setup the cake on the table stating that it was a delicate item , It was overwhelming and thus cannot complain about the services too.
