★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls……..if you are looking for PG with home wali feeling , Then I will highly recommend this with personal experience , absolutely safe, delicious food, very reasonable and great comfort according to our requirements . Last but not least and my favourite ‘ NO Chik Chik ‘ and full freedom!

Near to the marketplace sec 31 and 40 plus Jharsa gaon where you get things at more cheaper rate. Gyms are there plus place is filled with Greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come to this PG. The services provided here are PATHETIC.
The food here is pathetic, they doesn't provide anything except for potatoes 3 times a day.
And you will have to go to the roof to have food.
There's no seating arrangement there, even during cold or rainy season they doesn't provide anything.
You will surely get food poisoning after eating here.
The owner lady has the spare key to everyone's room.
She goes to everyone's room, when there's no one, and she will check all your belongings and personal stuff.
She threw my stuff twice, when I wasn't even in my room.
Upon confronting her, she starting shouting and threatening.
She doesn't give any cleaning stuff to the maid, that small boy uses our shampoo and detergent to wash the toilet.
If you come here she is surely going to show you basement rooms, which are highly overpriced (don't give more than 5k)
The basement rooms doens't have mobile network connection.
Don't waste your money by coming here, there are many good PGs with good food and good services at good prices.

1. Food quality is very bad, you will definitely suffer from food poisoning.
2. No cleaning of rooms on daily basis or thrice a week.
3. No cleaning of washrooms
4. Owner does very shameful things, when you leave for office she will definitely enter your room, I don't know what enquiry she does.
5. She is having spare keys of all rooms and all the cupboards
6. You have to go to 5th floor for dinner and also no dining system, you have to stand and eat the food.
7. Suggestions for Owner - Don't enter everyone's room after they leave. Try to improve food quality
And also look after cleanliness of rooms and washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to live with peace, food facility is there, you will find peace in this place. Greeny area, Good society. The building and rooms are also very good, every single room has balcony. I love it's interior. Owners are very supportive, they always listen to their tenants.
One big advantage, pg is near to sector 31 & 40 market. Pg is in market area but still it's budget friendly.
