★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Place ever seen. Very poor management. They don't fully resolve the issues and just handover the phone as it is.
My keypad issue is not resolved.
The common issue of JioPhone is Keypad Issue which is not resolved by the center. There was charging issue in the device which was not fully resolved.
Very much unsatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a lyf brand mobile phone you can get it repaired or exchange( if it is in warranty) over here.....
You can also buy a new lyf brand smartphone over here...
I have heard that they have very bad service...but i don't know exactly.
Moreover, this is also a Relaince Jio service center...so you can visit here if you have any issue regarding Jio service as well...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brand lyf has the worst after sales customer service. They'll just try to cheat you by using illogical technical terms...
So my advice--Just avoid Lyf smartphones phones. Moreover their smartphones don't have a good price to performance ratio.

They gave me a form to fill & told me that my handset is having software issue.
They solved the problem in 10 minutes without any charge(My phone was under warranty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engineer of service center is nice person. He helped me to restore my mobile after official hour. Though it was charged during warranty period but yet I am happy that my problem sorted out. 4 star to the engineer..
