★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to live in the city, with Powai lake on one side and mountain on the other side. Situated on the hill @150' sea level. Awarded as the best residential colony in India in the early years.
You can experience the sunrise and the sunset from your home at higher floors.
There is a school and a hospital in the colony. You can enjoy all kinds of food except Mcdonald.

All in all, a good place to stay in if one is looking to relocate to Mumbai and price is not a constraint.

Do visit this park if you are in Hiranandani, it also has a YULU stand outside the main entrance, u can hire a cycle to see around the township.
