I already had some pre defined requirements, hence there was not much to suggest from the representatives side. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, you guys love the barebone figures. Let me tell you then, I got a RTX 3060 Dual Fan which cost me ₹37,500/- and I bet you can't buy this card for 40,000/- from anywhere in chandni chowk. Well, the prices may vary due to demand and all. Date of purchase: 11/APR/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought my NVIDIA graphics card from them 3 years back for a really good offer through their website. They shipped it within a week. The packaging they had done was really good, cause the product was delicate. The computer shops in my city don't have good stock and are mostly overpriced. I'd fully recommend them to anyone for PC related purchases!

Even after three days since complaint there is no resolution yet very bad service by MD computers now they even block my no thank God i didn't bought expensive thing from them don't buy from MD computers there are way better service at other store

Also I did not need to go to service center for any items that I have bought from them. So I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy computer related stuff in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having some hardware problems regarding my recent pc build so I decided to take my pc to MD Computers for a checkup on 25/10/21 as I bought my processor and graphics card from MD Computers. The sales members were too good, I was delighted with each and every sales person. The real tension was given by their technician(Mr. Rakesh Maity). When I went to him with my system, he diagnosed my system and found out that my motherboard was defective as the system was running but was freezing after booting and also but no worries for me as it was under 3 years warranty but the real offer he made was that he could go to my home and repair it all by himself and charge me a Rs.1200 inspite of having my motherboard on warranty. He knew that any
personnel trys to rapair a motherboard on warranty would make it void then also he insisted on doing a repair at my home. He was constantly saying that the service center will take a minimum of 20 days to repair or replace my motherboard and the best option is that to take his offer. So I took the decision to submit my motherboard to the service center and did the same. After 2 days, the service center sent me a mail to collect my new motherboard. Today I went to the service center and collected my replaced motherboard. Then went to MD Computers for assembling it. When reaching there I asked him(Mr. Rakesh Maity) reassemble my system again, so this time he was facing a problem that my system was only going into bios and not booting. This time also he said that the motherboard is defective again. This time I took decision to take my system home as it is. When I reached home, I started assembling it by myself and thought to diagnose my system by myself. So I called up one of my known person, who is very much into this profession to ask about the query and he said that the problem was a very minor one that the motherboard CSM was not enabled which is why my motherboard was not letting me to boot my system. So this small issue could have led me to another 5 days or more of harassment. So I would like to conclude by saying, this kind of unprofessionalness from the technician is not at all expected.
