i was student of BFD 1st year on year 2015-16 . My scholarship form was rejected that why as u told i need to paid 10000/- to our college i am belong to poor family that why i am not able to mange this fees but i ready to paid 5000/- i already paid 1200/- rs to college now i am ready to paid 3800/- please madam i need my document very urgent. as IPC 406 you do not have any right to hold my document but i ready to paid half fees . please madam replay to me for my document .
