★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of wood and furniture finishing is too too bad. They charge almost 3 times more than the actual cost of the furniture. Mr. Khan is the owner of the M K Wood and he holds no responsibility towards the customer. Very very unprofessional staff they have. After getting the payment they will never look after your complaints. Mr. Alam is the sales person who always talks lie and gives fake commitments and never attend the complaints whenever called. They have kept a person name Mr. Gufran in their shop. Once he picked the call for attending my complaint. He was very very rude to me and started abusing me. Later he threatened to kill me then I had to stop the arguement. Very bad and dangerous staff they are having. They will talk very nicely when you need to purchase any furniture and as an when they receive the amount they are least bothered to listen to you and Gufran is always there to threaten you. So I request never ever go for purchasing to this shop. They all are big time cheaters and frauds.

The staff are very knowledgeable and suggested furniture according to our requirements, without forcing which is different from other furniture stores.

We complaint so many times for repairing purpose but the owner and their workers didn't bothered to take up the complaint.
All the furnitures were found very bad in quality, they cheated very badly. We ordered for a plywood commercial wood cup board but they delivered compressed (bhusa) wood cupboard that too of very low quality and at a very high price. They only need money and don't want to give good quality products.
Please stop purchasing from this shop. They are cheaters and frauds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to the Mumbai Store of Wooden Street was quite good. The collection of wooden furniture they have is just amazing. I wanted a poster bed and got some beautiful designs there. Ordered one and the product was delivered in the stated frame time. Fully satisfied.

I have no hesitation to recommend buying from M.K WOOD PLAZA , in my view it is good value for money.

Fault in wood, sendin poor quality of wood, broke in just 3 days of delivery to my home.
Wanted to give 0 star, but didn't had that option.
Please don't buy any furniture from this store.
