A family member of mine was seriously ill, so recently I went to this store to buy some medicines and had a bad experience. The staff lacks the mannerisms and politeness needed to talk to customers.
The main guy who was sitting at the billing desk has a very arrogant and kind of rude attitude. He acts like he is smarter than doctors. Out of 5 medicines that I asked for, one needed a medical prescription and patient’s ID. So I provided him a prescription written by a friend of mine and gave him what he exactly asked for and still while giving the medicine he taunts me and advices me about how the copy of the prescription is not very clear. I tried to be nice a little but when it was too much for me I just left without taking the medicine, went to another store, gave them prescription and ID and just got it in 5 minutes without any complaints.
All I want to advice is that if a customer comes to you :-
1) Be kind and polite and if possible, give them what they asked for
2) if not, just politely refuse that you cannot
There’s no need to taunt and advice and give medicine at the same time. The guy at the billing desk was behaving like he is doing SUCH A BIG FAVOUR to me by giving me the medicine but it’s wrong. We are doing them a favour by being their customers, and if they disrespect their customers and can’t control their temper, then there’s no point in buying from such a place
તેઓ એવી રીતે વર્ત્યા હતા જેમ કે તેઓ અમને દવાઓ આપીને કેટલો મોટો ઉપકાર કરે છે ... પરંતુ તે વાસ્તવિકતાની વિરુદ્ધ છે, આપણે તેમના ગ્રાહકો બનીને તેમના પર ઉપકાર કરી રહ્યા છીએ.
