★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is one of the worst hospital in Kolkata. My mother was admitted for gall bladder operation and the doctors behaved very badly with her. We had to discharge her later because she was feeling unsafe for operation. Though the behavior of senior doctors were good but the Junior Doctors are worst here. They don't care about their patients even if they shouts in pain. They are busy with their own 'chit-chat' and also smokes near the patients which is hazardous for those patients especially for patients with serious condition. They should be suspended immediately by the govt. Behavior of the staffs are much better than them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently go there for Covid 19 RTPCR test and also for serology test for colonoscopy OT. They help me with great satisfaction.
Previously I went there two years ago for taking vaccine for dog bite to prevent rabies and at that time I experienced very good patients friendly behaviour from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the important government hospital of south Kolkata. A huge number of people depends on this hospital. There is also a new super speciality part of this hospital. Almost every kind of medical services are available here. As per the number of patients there is not enough doctors. So availability of services and time required vary in different situations. The cleanliness here is below average though the new super speciality one is more cleaner. The stuffs are not very polite and educated here. They also lack of common sense. There is not enough space for patient's family members and friends. So the corridor is always crowded. Overall it is an average quality government hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a comparatively new hospital with best of equipments and other facilities but then there is not enough number of doctors. There is tremendous crowd of patients and their relatives who crowd the corridors. Staff behaviour is at the worst and doctors examination is perfunctory. Sad state of affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PPP model based dialysis unit is simply horrible. There are inexperienced, negligent and arrogant technologists. They do not follow the required protocols for dialysis. They do not do dialysis for the required time and as a result the patient deteriorates. Everytime I take my patient there, he deteriorates. His urea, creatinine rapidly rises and haemoglobin rapidly decreases due to negligence. There is not even a clean blanket or pillow for every bed. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place for dialysis.
