★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are cheaters. After clear discussion and promising to deliver rot iron beds within one week, they did not follow timeline neither returned advanced payment. On Sept 1, 2021, they told us that delivery will be on time i.e. on Sept 4, 2021. On Sept 3, 2021, they reassured about delivery hence we got our old bed dismantled. I had told them that there are senior citizens and a patient hence timely delivery is very important. After continuous follow up and promises to deliver beds next day, they did not tell us about a goof up made by them and kept on postponing delivery. Initially they told us that they are unable to get ply so we told them to that we will arrange for ply. They told us that they willl arrange delivery by 6pm. Only when we told them that if they fail to deliver beds by today by 6pm then we will not accept delivery, they told us that just before loading beds for delivery they realise error about one part of black bed was coated in white. Office people told us that we had placed order at workshop hence we should contact workshop people. Workshop people do not respect customer's time. The delivery which was supposed to happen on Sept 4, 2021, Saturday 1pm did not happen till Sept 5, 2021, Sunday 10pm despite continuous follow up. I would have given negetive rating if possible, alas, such provision is not there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase any products from them. They are cheaters. I ordered two beds from them and since two weeks have been trying to get in touch with them. I had made payment of 12000 as advance towards the order. After making the payment they don't answer calls. Even after two weeks no one responded. Do not trust the positive reviews. All are fake.
