I had sent my luggage from Jodhpur to Surat through MR Travels. It was supposed to be delivered by 8 AM. But there was not response till 12 PM. I tried calling them multiple times on all the mentioned numbers but no one was taking my call.
Still have not received it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are rude like anything. The behaviour with passengers is too rude as one should not use their vehicles. They stop at worst hotels in night and shout to wake you up so that they can have free meals. Worst.

There is no space in luggage area
Condition of bus is worst taking charges of A/C , but even thier air conditioner is not working
Schedule of bus departing is very bad
It's too late from boarding time
Improve ur services plzzz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Firstly being a girl first time in the city has a lot of onus to it. The bus was supposed to arrive at 8:30 but arrived at 11:30pm at this remote area. Even then, the passengers were mislead saying it will take only 12 hrs to reach the destination. But they purposely were detouring the ways several times extending it to 19 hours. Cared less about the passengers or their time or safety. Female seats were highlighted were when I actually got the seat. They just alloted it randomly. Most pathetic, and unsafe journey. There were people who had to see someone at the hospital so it was important for them to reach on time. 2/3 hrs late is still fine. These people were purposely detouring and delivering luggages on off roads and off highways to earn extra. Very bad experience. Will never recommend
