★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is the worst. The person sitting at the help desk is such an illiterate can't answer to any single query clearly. This guy after wasting 30 mins of our time calculating how much extra they can take to deliver at bansdroni park, he then said it's not our area to serve. ? At this time of lockdown when people are struggling to maintain a long queue, this is what you get to hear after all the calculations about the cylinder and the oven, when we already mentioned we were from bansdroni park. I presume their after service would also be pathetic. Its better go for bharatgas or HP gas. Both are well behaved and organised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Behavior of the technician was EXTREMELKY RUDE and without resolving the issue, took the SAC number.
2. Technician lied to customer at each and every step.
3. No one received calls at CHAYANIKA. We called multiple numbers of CHAYANIKA, ringed and disconnected.
4. Weight machine is totally WRONG. A new cylinder weights 65 KILO. Defective weight machine agreed by the delivery agent as well.
