★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been visiting this place for all the scan, like said in some reviews front office experience is not 5*, but we don't go there for see the front office.
We have been seeing Shahina Anjum, she is very nice. My wife says she is100% satisfied with doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patience is a key to success !! Is that what doctor believe in it !! Make you wait for Atleast one and half hour after taking appointment also. They will have their personal justified answers which you can’t even think of arguing.
Doctor is very strict about her lunch time , you have to wait even you have waited for more than one hour. She will go on time to have her lunch. M so sorry to write about this but we also work in office and do not have enough wasted time to wait that’s why people call it an A’s appointment , else out a board of first come first serve.

Dr SHAHINA ANJUM is an extraordinary doctor we ever seen, in one word I can say "Invincible" And very genuine and caring. We went for NT Scan Dr.Shahina Anjum invests a lot of time in checking every details of the baby and she is so skilled & experienced, patient friendly and wonderful at listening patients concerns, this gives us a great comfort throughout the consultation. Very caring and straight forward. She does not rush and complete the consultation and spends good time with the patient. very happy with her diagnosis and service. will continue to consult with her Thank you Dr.Shahina Anjum for the best consultation and advice's, Thank you so much.. And Staffs are very friendly and polite. Highly recommend Scan Center..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife NT Assessment and Double Marker test is done here. We are happy with all except the irresponsible attitude of the front office staff. Even after tele confirmation from the staff, result is ready. When I drop in to the clinic to collect the result I have to wait a lot, as result is not signed by doctor.
When staff is aware I am coming to collect the result, they should proactively keep the result ready without keeping me waiting for 30min, absolutely no acceptable. This is not doctor mistake. I would request you to keep good staffs who is responsible and do their work with self-motivation. Please look into this matter very seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was at 8 AM . Just because of the staffs ignorance I lost around one hour time waiting to get my scan done . Only when I entered for scanning room at 8.30(that’s when the doctor came ) the doctor is saying bladder has to be full , and that too not in a polite way. So had to wait after drinking water for almost 40 minutes . When checked with the attenders you could have to me this earlier , they replied they don’t know . Even without knowing the basic things , no point doing this role . If these attenders are properly educated with the basic requirements what the patience condition need to be for each scan , both the parties can save some valuable time of theirs . My experience is a disaster !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heartful thanks for Dr Shaina Anjum. Experienced doctor and handle the patients very politely, cost wise is better and staffs very care taking & informal. Just that patients have to co operate with timings and the guidelines. My experience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shahina is very good at her scans. One can confidently believe in her reports. Very friendly and very experienced in her field. I visited het at MS CLINIC, friendly staff and we'll maintained inside. I would certainly suggest her for all gyneac and pregnancy scans.
