Owner neither receiving any phone calls nor doing customer service well. After Purchase machine, 1 week later it became damaged. Poor quality machine. Customer service is very bad

Mera kismat kharap tha eis liye Maine Galti se Debadrita Ent se machine kharida tha.sala itna faltu Hain. Maine bahut mushkil Hain machine leke.
Please guys suggest what to do....

I have not purchased the machine to play. I have order in my hand
VERY BAD SERVICE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.
