★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the peak of summer electricity supplies are cut off during night hours and no telephone no. is even provided for customers to call and complain. Ordinary citizens are treated akin to animals. Sad state of affairs. Shame on MSEB.

I have a small kid and he started crying at the middle of the night just becuase of the power outage. On top there is no number provided for the technician. After being privatised this is what we have to deal apart from the PANDEMIC.
