We have appointed M/s M S Engineers and Construction, as a consultant for 3 floor of 2BHK around 1300 Sqft. He was involved concept to till completion. He was validated our design as per vastu, He visited the property regularly and ensure the Quality of work.
Actually we expected that our budget will exceeded, but he Certified the Contractor bills very genuinely and He ensured the budget within limit and it is gives more profit to us.
My opinion about M/s M S Engineers and Construction Company and Mr Sathish Kumar, He is not only Consultant.
He is our "TRUSTED ADVISER"...
